Miss Vietnam World 2010 in unique ao dai

VietNamNet Bridge – The beauty queen, Luu Thi Diem Huong, on September 14 presented a special ao dai at Hanoi’s Temple of Literature.
This ao dai is 10m long, embroided with 1000 phoenixes.

It is in a pair of record ao dai to celebrate Hanoi’s 1000th anniversary.

The another ao dai is for man, which is also 10m long with 1000 dragon.

This ao dai is performed by model Viet Anh from Australia.

These ao dai are designed by Lan Huong, using Ha Dong silk waved by artisan Trieu Van Mao.

1000 artisans from Hanoi’s Quat Dong village embroided 1000 phoenixes and 1000 dragons on these ao dai.

They are recognized as longest ao dai in Vietnam.

These products will be introduced in several countries after the Hanoi’s 1000th anniversary.
