Units go on sale at Nha Trang condo-hotel project

TD Corp has begun sales of apartments at its Costa Nha Trang condo-hotel project, with prices starting at US$2,000 per square meter.
The apartments come in various sizes, starting at 58 sq.m, and certain banks have agreed to provide buyers loans of up to 70 percent.
The $147-million complex, when it is completed in late 2012, will have a 29-story residential component with 244 condos and a 308-room hotel.
The foundation work for the residential units has been completed while the Crowne Plaza Nha Trang Hotel has risen three floors.
Savills Vietnam is the marketing agent of the 12,000-square-meter project managed by InterContinental Hotels Group (UK) and Cushman & Wakefield (US).
