After back-to-back devastating floods, smiles are finally returning to the victims in central Vietnam.
Nothing can compensate for the pain and losses that they have endured however, with the great understanding and timely support from the local authorities as well as people in and out the country, the smiles are gradually returning to their faces.

Vietnamese nationwide, as well as overseas, are sending their condolences, donations and well-wishes to flood victims. Funds have been set up to help provide relief, support and assistance to victims.
And smiles are finally returning to the victims in central Vietnam.
