New restaurant opens in HCMC

The Eurasian-style Ivy Saigon Restaurant has opened in HCMC’s District 1, serving a wide range of Vietnam and world cuisines to diners.
Having a meal in the restaurant, diners can not only enjoy dishes representing Vietnamese cuisines but also world’s renowned dishes from light tasty salads to wholesome meals such as Stewed Beef Tenderloin with apples, pears, litchi and fried grapes.
Featured dishes of the restaurant, often have the prefix Ivy, is a combination of fruit in each dish and seafood specialties accompanied with suitable world-acknowledged wine brands from France, Chile, Italy, and Australia.
