Hanoi celebrates its 1,000 year anniversary with a multitude of various activities from October 1 - 10. On the night of September 30, people flocked to the city’s centre in anticipation of the grand celebration, enjoying the magnificently decorated scenery and festive atmosphere around Hoan Kiem Lake.
