Nhan Dan Online - The Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) kicked off the construction of a hotel complex at Me Tri commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi, on February 3.
Total investment capital for the project is put at VND 7,451 billion (around US$441 million) sourced from Petrovietnam, foreign partners, credit institutions and individuals.
The complex covers 38,200 square metres. It consists of 30-storey apartment building, a 30-storey hotel building, and a 24-storey office building. Each building has a two-level basement.
Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation, PVC, is responsible for building the complex. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2011.
