Starting from October 19, 2010, HCM City Housing Development Commercial Bank (HDBank) introduced new products of "Cho vay phuc vu san xuat kinh doanh" or offering loans for business purposes.
This product was designed and offered for individual customers and business households who have demands for borrowing capital for business purposes without having to submit the business registration licences.
The borrowing term may reach up to 20 years with negotiable lending rates, and quick reimbursement.
In details, the customers who apply for loans and meet all the bank's requirements will get support from HDBank for capital demands for actual business purposes. The customers only need to open the bank accounts and provide necessary information. HDBank will check and inform the borrowers about the results with earliest disbursement time and preferential lending rates.
The bank planned to use its added ownership capital in 2010 as the main source for launching this new product.
In addition, the customers will enjoy other incentives from the bank such as free charges for online bank transfers via eBanking, Mobile Banking, making online payment and receiving gifted smart cards.
